Better to pay with cash for anything bought in Paraguay. A buddy quickly found out that the Paraguay shop added $300 to his purchase.  He found out days later and was able to get the extra charge reversed.

The people at the PF were explicit in stating that there will be no problem with my original question. Let's see!
