Better to pay with cash for anything bought in Paraguay. A buddy quickly found out that the Paraguay shop added $300 to his purchase.  He found out days later and was able to get the extra charge reversed.Wink

Although it is true that they charge to enter, the borders are like swiss cheese...I have gone about 5-6 times as an American and never was once stopped or asked....
